What is the refund policy for the Carson Certificate Programs, and how can I request it?

Refunds are not available for corporate certificate purchases. Organizations may reassign unused certificates to other employees, but once a participant begins a certificate, that certificate cannot be reassigned. Assigned certificates must be completed within one year of registration unless a different timeline applies under the corporate agreement.
