About this Module

This module is designed to help you better understand technology in the senior living environment. Aside from the need for better infection control protocols, the pandemic taught us that having the right technologies in senior living buildings are necessary for the physical, mental, and emotional health of all stakeholders. By working through the units of this module, you will increase your knowledge of the special opportunities and challenges of effectively using technology for the benefit of residents, staff, corporate associates, vendors, and external providers. Utilizing the right products at the right times with the right people for the right reasons are necessary from producing the right outcomes.
